Is it possible to download the mw2 stimulus package for xbox onto a computer to later transfer to the xbox?

there is a new update to the 360 which now supports flash drives and i wanna know if i can download the stimulus package, put onto flash drive, transfer to xbox. any info?|||you could plug your memory card or hard drive or usb or whatever into a friends xbox ( one that has stimulus package ) then copy onto your device plug it into your xbox ( if you copied onto usb you then have to copy to your memory card / hard drive first ) then their you go
