They offer a lot of free upgrades too, great warranty and free shipping. No tax in most states.

Closest to your requirements that I could find, but it does exceed the budget you mentioned by a bit ($60?). Could choose a cheaper PC, but this one is pretty future proof, assuming you only play WoW.|||Use your old monitor and buy a tower for 470 dollars with dual core cpu and 3gigs ram and buy a 450 gts video card at Newegg.com for 130 dollars. Easy too put in a video card, email me if you need instructions.|||Not for $600
