If you installed the CA security package, you can simply go to the Control Panel to Add or Remove Programs and remove it. Sometimes the technique for removing an anti-virus package is more complicated than the usual procedure, so make sure you follow the directions.
If you're trying to remove the CA package installed by your work or school IT department because it's blocking you from accessing certain websites, talk to your IT department rep.
