Where can I get a gaming computer package under or around 1000$ ???

Just curious, because I'm always looking for computers (eventhough I'm nowhere to affording them). Wondering if like "bestbuy","Futureshop","Source" or some other store had some package deals on computers. I'm looking for a computer thats meant for extreme gaming but like around $1000, max $1200. I would like it somewhat future ready but it doesn't largely have to. And if any came with an AMD processor that would be great.|||Your best bet is to build your own! Its really strait forward, even more when you get a "Barebone" kit. Its everything that a gaming computer needs, just some assembly required. If you know anything about computer hardware you should be able to put it together yourself. Barebone kits come with really good looking cases, good quality motherboard, CPU (you choose Intel or AMD) Video cards are a really big issue in gaming PCs. Most barebone kits have a kickass video card (depending on how much cash you are willing to dish out) Note that you might have to buy things like DVD Burner drives, Printers, Keyboards, Monitors ect. outside the barebone kit. Here are some links to some barebone kits that might interest you:

^^This one costs about $400 so you have $600 - $800 for parts like monitors, keyboards, speakers, mouse ect. (depending on what kind of monitor you want, this should be fine for gaming style stuff)

This way you will save a bunch and have the choice of monitor, gaming keyboard (like the Logitech G11), Gaming mouse (Logitech G5 Laser), Altec Lansing speekers, and have a bit left over for some case mods (ie. Blue light inside the case window ect.)

Hope I have helped, Liam|||Did you try dell? or e-bay?|||www.tigerdirect.com

If you're comfortable with building yourself you can save money with a bare bones kit.
