How can I use my computer speakers without the software that came with the package for installing drivers?

I already lost the cd that has the label "mainboard" on it. I believe that that cd is used to install the drivers for the hardware. What should I do to make the speakers and the USB port functional again.|||Search the website of the manufacturer of your board. They should have drivers available for download.
