i already input my computer麓s local IP address (fixed, for the moment) into the local system麓s configuration, but there is a communications problem. if i ping the local system麓s ip address, the summary says 100% of the packages came back. however, my computer receives nothing from this local system. also, according to the local system, there is no communication with my computer. how do i solve it?|||A little more information would be nice.
With what little information you provided, here are some things to check
Is the fixed IP address you assigned to your machine in the same sub net?
You will never connect if your machine is set to 192.168.0.xxx and the sub net is set up for 192.168.10.xxx
Have set work group names and file permissions properly?
We really need more information.
