Take Tier 1 (above), add any 21" or larger LED-backlight monitor to it. Plus Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium OEM for system builders. Plus just about any Altec Lansing brand computer speaker set.
I'm not sure how much you're willing to spend on a mouse. But for gaming that's easy to use? Logitech Anywhere Mouse MX:

I have a couple of them, and they are great! I like the idea of the dark field laser though.
You really want to stick with logitech. Wireless has advanced to the point where it's great even for gaming. Laser is a given now. Mouse is one of the components you really don't want to skimp on. Logitech or nothing, IMHO
