How do I install EasyUbuntu on a computer which does not have an internet connection?

I have downloaded the .deb file (using another computer) from http://easyubuntu.freecontrib.org/get.ht鈥?/a> and installed it on my computer. But when I attempt to change settings for EasyUbuntu, it tries to download another set of packages. How do I manually download them using another computer and install them on my computer?|||You can download CD/DV image and from this image write CD/DVD then you can install to your computer
