What is the best package of free programs that protects your computer?

As in antivirus program and spyware programs that wouldnt affect each other|||Only single antivirus cannot help u out in tough situations ,


You need a combination of softwares to help protect ur PC .

u can use AVG or Avira FREE in place of Avast , thats ur choice


As Far as avast is concerned , u need to register for free , give them ur email address and they will send u a free licence key for avast (i.e. for 1 year ) and u are entitled to use the software for 1 year !

Can you use the SingStar microphones on your computer?

I want to know if it's possible to use the SingStar microphones on your computer. I want to record some commentary for a video package I'm making.|||I have never seen the singstar mics. Also, how many GHz does the dual core have? The quad core?


Typically, the best choice in this equation would to be to go with the dual core.


If you're trying to get more RAM, depending on what type you want, it isn't that expensive. You could always buy some extra Gigabytes of RAM to put in.





Best of luck to you|||Well coming from the standpoint of someone who likes to edit videos and such Quad core all the way and for gaming I'd stick with the dual core since their are only a hand full of games that take advantage of 4 cores and is not very significant 5-15% and as of RAM Just get 2 gigs and then just buy the same set later on if you find that you need more.|||At the same clock speed, a quad core with 2GB of RAM.





But if you have to decrease clock speed to afford the extra cores, then the dual core with 4GB of RAM would be better.

Our computer has a virus. How can we fix it and prevent it from happening again?
